"The West End Museum was pleased to be able to bring a piece of Boston history back to the neighborhood in the form of Marino Persechini's barrel piano. Tony was extremely generous in sharing his time and knowledge about these incredible machines. Learning the story of Persechini's barrel piano and hearing the music in person was very enlightening. This program allowed descendents of Persechini to hear the piano for the first time in decades and that alone was worth the price of admission. Our regular attendees and first time visitors were equally excited to take a turn at cranking out a tune and complimented the program. Thank you to Tony and the Great American Street Organ for a wonderful and informative presentation."

"The Rye Recreation Department was delighted to have Tony Gangi as the featured entertainer at our Senior Luncheon in October. Tony captivated the audience with his fascinating blend of history, storytelling, and music centered around the classic organ grinder tradition. His lively performance — complete with his charming sidekick, Giuseppe the mechanical monkey — brought smiles, laughter, and nostalgia to everyone in the room.
The show was wonderfully interactive, and many of our seniors proudly went home with their very own Official Organ Grinder Certificates. Tony’s enthusiasm, talent, and engaging style made for a truly memorable afternoon. We highly recommend him for any group looking for an entertaining and unique program!"

"The event's audience, a wide mix of ages, at our library, was captivated by Tony Gangi's History of the Street Organ as he played and told stories. Tony accompanying the audience singing "Sweet Caroline" was a spectacular finish to the evening!"

"We had Tony Gangi come to the Peabody Institute Library of Danvers for one of our Adult Programming events to present the history of the street orga. The patrons had a wonderful time listening to the melodies of the past and learning the history of this unique instrument. Tony got the audience engaged with his presentation with games of "Name that Tune" which the patrons enjoyed trying to guess the melodies that were being played! I highly recommend Tony's presentation for any programming events, he was amazing and it was a wonderful and fun program!"

"If you're looking for a presentation that is historical, educational, musical, and interactive, an hour with Tony Gangi and his Great American Street Organ performance hits all the right notes. Tony and his sidekick Giuseppe the Monkey were entertaining and informative. The highlight was Name that Tune and getting our seniors up on stage to try the organs. They left with official certificates and smiles. We look forward to having him back."
